Sartorius seeks an Office Administrator for its Marlborough, MA site to manage reception, administrative support, and office operations. The role involves greeting visitors, handling communications, coordinating supplies, and supporting multiple sites including the Center for Bio Process Innovation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties including filing, answering calls, greeting visitors, and ordering supplies
• Create and maintain welcoming, tidy reception and office environment
• Act as liaison between employees and Human Resources team
• Handle clerical activities including receipt recording and invoice forwarding to Finance
• Organize office events and administrate external couriers and transport services

Requirements

• Good standard of education, ideally with internship experience in administration
• Experience in a similar administrative role or function
• Strong organization and effective communication skills across all levels
• Customer service orientation with attention to detail
• Fluent in English; additional language desirable
