Day Shift Line Cook: Fast, Precise Prep & Food Safety

Home Chef in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a Line Cook for 1st shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) with Fridays and Saturdays off. You will perform raw food prep, labeling, and portioning for Ready to Heat products, while following strict food safety SOPs and GMPs onsite. Responsibilities include documenting times/temperatures for batch tracing, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with changeovers for allergens. 0% travel; 6+ months production experience preferred; HS diploma optional. #J-18808-Ljbffr Home Chef (Internal Employees)
