A smaller JCAHO-accredited hospital  near La Crosse, WI  is seeking a  Physical Therapist to join their team!  Relocation assistance available! Open to new grads!

Pay Range: $38-$55/hr

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent Physical Therapist 
\n
• Schedule: 5x8s with flexibilty for 4x10s 
\n
• Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient 
\n
• $10,000 Signing Bonus
\n
• Relocation assistance available
\n

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist must have or be eligible for a license to practice in state of WI 
\n
• CPR/BLS certification 
\n
