Job Description
The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader and Agile delivery expert supporting cross functional product, design, engineering, and business teams delivering large scale, ecommerce, and web based commercial initiatives. This role operates within the PMO Organization, partnering closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and senior stakeholders to ensure Agile ceremonies, delivery cadence, and team health are executed consistently and effectively.
The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of Scrum leadership, delivery discipline, stakeholder communication, and hands on experience supporting enterprise digital programs, with a clear ability to remove impediments and keep teams executing at a high level.
In addition, the Scrum Master will proactively identify and remove impediments that block team progress, partnering with Project Managers, technical leads, and PMO leadership as needed to resolve dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges. They will track team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and capacity, and communicate progress, risks, and trends to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Skills and Requirements
Proven Scrum Master experience supporting Agile teams delivering digital, web, or ecommerce solutions in an enterprise environment
Hands on experience with Agile tools, including Jira / Confluence (Asana familiarity a plus), used for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to lead ceremonies and manage cross functional stakeholders confidently
Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and velocity tracking
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification strongly preferred
