Sr Scrum Master

• Lead Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams supporting the global eCommerce platform and related digital initiatives
• Facilitate and optimize Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
• Drive execution and delivery alignment across Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders
• Partner closely with Product Owners and leadership teams to ensure prioritization, sprint readiness, and roadmap alignment
• Identify, manage, and escalate delivery risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies impacting timelines or release quality
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, delivery best practices, and continuous improvement
• Drive Agile maturity initiatives and contribute to scaling Agile practices across the organization
• Support enterprise release planning and coordination for high-visibility eCommerce production deployments
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics including velocity, sprint predictability, burn-down trends, release readiness, and quality indicators
• Facilitate communication and executive-level reporting for project status, delivery health, risks, and dependencies
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering teams to ensure testing, defect management, and quality gates are embedded within sprint execution
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Lead coordination efforts across global and offshore delivery teams operating in multiple time zones
• Maintain Agile governance, reporting, dashboards, and documentation within Jira and Confluence
• Create executive dashboards, sprint analytics, release reporting, RAID logs, and delivery documentation using Jira and Confluence

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience serving as a ScrumMaster within Agile software development organizations
• 2+ years of experience leading Agile delivery across multiple teams or large-scale enterprise initiatives
• Experience supporting global eCommerce, digital commerce, or customer-facing web platform initiatives
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models
• Advanced hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence including dashboard creation, workflow management, reporting, backlog management, and Agile documentation
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies and enterprise delivery coordination
• Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, QA processes, and production deployment practices
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with distributed global teams and offshore delivery models
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly visible, customer-centric digital environments


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, cloud-based delivery models, and automated testing frameworks
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or Agile maturity programs
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience within PMO or Agile organizations
