What You Will Be Doing The Trademark Management & Process Enablement Specialist provides critical operational, coordination, and process support to accelerate the implementation of trademark management improvements. This role focuses on maintaining project momentum, creating training materials, documenting workflows, and streamlining data integration across various stakeholders and IT platforms. Cross-Functional Coordination: Establish and manage detailed project trackers, coordinate meeting agendas, and document key decisions and risks. Marketing Workstream Support: Define tool responsibilities, refresh training materials, and compile detailed process documentation for marketing and legal roles. Data & Systems Integration: Collaborate with programmers to track tool enhancements, manage a backlog of system requirements, and assist with IT knowledge transfer. Stakeholder Mapping: Update regional stakeholder lists, validate trademark coordinators, and develop engagement plans for the global coordinator community. Business Case & Reporting: Assist in creating documentation for investment justification and prepare progress updates for leadership. Training & Communication: Build a repository of updated materials, prepare consolidated FAQs, and organize global training sessions. Required Skills & Experience Strong program and project coordination experience. Proven background in process governance and familiarity with IT platforms. Exceptional documentation and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Superior organizational skills and professional agility. Desired Skills & Experience Experience in trademark management or intellectual property (IP) operations. Familiarity with database management and stakeholder mapping tools. Previous experience in gathering structured feedback to identify workflow optimization opportunities. Ability to collect and report on KPIs and performance indicators for project success. Pay: $52.50 - $75.00 /hr. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
