As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, observe and report security-related concerns, and assist visitors and staff with professionalism. You will provide clear communication and exceptional customer service while supporting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture built on teamwork and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transportation facilities, offices, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; verify credentials or authorization when required. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities through clear and accurate reports. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
