Regional HR Manager
Location: Athens, GA
We're partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Regional HR Manager for an indefinite temporary opportunity with the potential to be hired permanently . This is an exciting role for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with leadership, supporting multiple locations, and driving HR initiatives that make a real business impact.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary HR partner for the Athens, GA location while supporting additional markets.
- Lead employee relations, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried employees.
- Process weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now , including timecard management, PTO tracking, and payroll audits.
- Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and workers' compensation in partnership with Corporate HR.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA and ADA.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational changes, and employee development.
- Maintain accurate employee records and drive consistency in HR policies and procedures across multiple locations.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and support business growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PHR certification required.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
- Experience supporting 100+ employees across multiple locations or states.
- Residential home services industry experience is required (HVAC, plumbing, restoration, roofing, remodeling, or similar).
- Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between assigned locations.
