Benefits: Employee discounts Training & development Front Desk Associate Location: D1 Training Alliance - Fort Worth, TX Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Position Overview: D1 Training Alliance is seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Associate to support our evening and weekend operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and wants to be part of a high-energy fitness community. As the first point of contact for members, athletes, and parents, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and professional experience inside our facility. Responsibilities: Member & Guest Experience Greet members, athletes, parents, and guests as they enter Check members into classes and assist with basic questions Maintain a friendly and professional presence at the front desk Ensure waivers are completed for new guests Retail & Transactions Process retail purchases accurately using POS system Handle basic cash and card transactions Keep retail area organized and stocked Promote merchandise and basic offerings when appropriate Facility Support Assist with daily cleaning tasks (wiping equipment, organizing racks, tidying lobby) Support nightly close-out procedures Keep front desk area clean and presentable Communicate any issues to management Event Support Assist during special events, camps, and community nights Help with check-in and basic coordination during busy traffic times Qualifications: Minimum Requirements Reliable and punctual Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable interacting with both adults and youth athletes Ability to follow systems and complete checklists Available to consistently work assigned schedule Preferred (Not Required) Previous customer service experience Experience in retail or hospitality Interest in fitness or athletics Who We Are D1 Training Alliance is a performance-based training facility serving adults and youth athletes.
