Corporate Security Consultant Network Infrastructure/Security
Join a dynamic organization in Springfield, MA, as a Corporate Security Consultant, providing strategic advisory and consulting services to enhance organizational safety and security. This role focuses on supporting executive security planning, event security, risk assessments, and crisis management, all within a collaborative, advisory capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review executive security programs, including risk assessments, route planning, and venue evaluations.
- Provide strategic guidance for high-profile event security, including staffing, access control, and contingency planning.
- Offer on-site advisory support during designated events, assessing venue conditions and emerging risks.
- Conduct comprehensive security risk, vulnerability, and threat assessments for executives, facilities, and operations.
- Support workplace violence prevention initiatives through behavioral threat assessments and security consultations.
- Assist in investigations related to security incidents, workplace concerns, theft, or policy violations, providing fact-gathering and documentation support.
- Contribute to emergency preparedness, crisis management, and business continuity planning, including tabletop exercises and readiness reviews.
- Develop and enhance security policies, standards, and procedures, supporting security audits and technology assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in corporate security, physical security programs, and risk management.
- Proven ability to support executive security risk management and develop security plans for high-profile events.
- Experience conducting security risk, vulnerability, and threat assessments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to advise senior leadership effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external agencies.
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CPP, PSP, PCI, CSMP, CPTED, or CEM.
- Experience supporting investigations and threat management programs.
- Knowledge of security technologies, access control systems, and surveillance practices.
