Roll out the red carpet: greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in both English and Spanish with a warm, positive attitude.

Be the gatekeeper: promptly answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the right departments.

Keep us secure: manage visitor sign-in procedures and make sure our office security protocols are followed to a T.

Own your space maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Master the admin side handle scheduling, filing, data entry, and provide hands-on administrative support for our onboarding processes.

Keep us connected coordinate internal communications and office logistics to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Team up to tackle extra projects and tasks as assigned to support the crew and smash company goals.
