Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Turquoise Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to accurately determine patients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans leveraging best practices and solution-based interventions.

• Administering a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customizing your approach based on individual client requirements and preferences.

• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date clinical records in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a variety of other mental health professionals to provide holistic, multidisciplinary care to clients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve care quality and reflect on treatment methodologies.

• Offering educational resources and emotional support to clients and their families, informing them about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources available for additional support.

• Managing a caseload effectively, tracking progress towards treatment goals, and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
