Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate dental students for screenings and comprehensive care treatment in compliance with clinic standards and university policies. Give lectures and seminars, and moderate Case Conferences as assigned. Additional duties may be delegated by the department chair. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Adhere to UMDNJ’s compliance standards, corporate compliance policy, code of conduct, and conflict of interest policy. Stay current with all pertinent federal, state, and legacy UMDNJ regulations, laws, and policies as they exist and as they change. Minimum Education and Experience DDS/DMD from a CODA accredited institution. Completion of an advanced education program in orthodontics accredited by CODA. Eligibility for licensure in New Jersey. BLS certification. Preferred Qualifications American Board of Orthodontics certification. Previous teaching and research experience. Physical Demands and Work Environment Standing, walking, sitting – some extended periods of time. Clinic, classroom, and office setting; moderate noise.
