Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for a Multi-State Post-Acute Healthcare Organization

Compensation: $300,000 - $400,000 base salary plus performance bonus

A growing multi-state post-acute healthcare organization based in New Jersey is hiring a SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING to run business development and marketing as one integrated function. Position Description

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive is the corporate owner of business development and marketing strategy, standards, and execution across a large multi-state portfolio. You directly lead the corporate marketing department and serve as the strategic partner and subject matter expert to regional operations leaders on referral development, hospital and physician relationships, market positioning, and network strategy. Field business development teams report through regional operations, so this role leads through strategy, standards, and mentorship rather than direct field census ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of senior business development and marketing leadership, with a heavy business development weighting
• Direct skilled nursing, long term care, or post-acute experience required; multi-state market experience strongly preferred
• Track record building and standardizing integrated business development and marketing functions that grew census
• Strong strategic planning, change leadership, and cross-functional partnership skills
  

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated business development and marketing strategy, standards, and execution frameworks
• Directly lead the corporate marketing department, including brand, digital, SEO, social, public relations, and positioning
• Partner with regional operations leaders on referral development, hospital and physician relationships, and preferred provider, ACO, and ISNP network strategy
• Mentor field business development talent and consult on performance across regions
• Align clinical specializations and market positioning to occupancy growth
