About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing for SMB Subscriptions. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the global pipeline generation and accelerating SMB subscription growth across North America. This hands-on leadership role involves leading the full-funnel growth marketing strategy, integrating various marketing functions such as ABM, demand generation, performance marketing, and field marketing. The role requires a strategic yet execution-focused individual who can work closely with the Founder, CEO, and other teams to meet shared targets. Key responsibilities include building and managing a growth strategy, improving lead quality, and creating lifecycle marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing to mid-market and SMB customers, with a proven track record in building qualified SMB pipelines and recurring revenue. Candidates for this role should have at least 8 years' of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on growth marketing, demand generation, and related areas. Direct experience in marketing SMB platforms or solutions to mid-market and SMB customers is essential. The role demands a leader who is comfortable with both strategy development and hands-on execution, and who can bring energy, urgency, and accountability to the team. Experience in a high-growth, high-intensity company and a strong understanding of the software subscription lifecycle are also required. The successful candidate will be expected to lead global marketing programs, improve brand recognition, and effectively use AI and automation to enhance marketing performance. Success will be measured by the ability to create a scalable global pipeline engine, increase software subscription growth, and improve alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
