What You'll Do
- Provide patient care in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care units under supervision
- Assist with ventilator management and airway clearance
- Monitor patient progress and document care activities accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Train RT personnel in critical care procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need
Required:- Valid Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
- Experience in critical care settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to an urgent care environment
- Previous experience in neonatal, pediatric, or adult ICU
- Ability to train and mentor team members
