Calm Water & Bath in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring full‑time and part‑time Customer Support Specialists to support our growing hybrid remote/in-office team. Pay: As our full‑time or part‑time Customer Support Specialist, you'll earn $40,000–$70,000 per year, with options for hourly, salary, or base + commission. YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER As our full‑time or part‑time Customer Support Specialist, you'll handle inbound calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries, understand homeowner needs, qualify leads, schedule consultations, and confirm appointments. You'll also maintain CRM documentation and provide follow‑up as needed. WHAT'S REQUIRED?
