• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in hematology/oncology inpatient care

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $122.27 per hour
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do:

• Provide care for inpatient hematology and oncology patients, including support for benign and malignant conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient management
• Support hematology procedures as needed
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
• Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR
• Support ongoing development of the hospital's bone marrow transplant program
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need:

Required:

• Minnesota licensure as a PA
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with hematology patients (benign/malignant)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with inpatient hematology/oncology care
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred:

• Knowledge of bone marrow procedures
• Experience in a hospital setting
• Strong communication skills and compassionate patient care

Join a leading facility in Minneapolis dedicated to providing comprehensive hematology and oncology care. You will work alongside experienced clinicians and support staff in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. Support staff including additional APPs will assist during inpatient hours, with no APP coverage for weekend or call coverage. The hospital is building its expanding bone marrow program, offering opportunities for growth and development.
