Full-Time Porter – Richman Property Services, Inc. (RPS) Location: Crescent Crossing, our 263-unit residential community in Bridgeport, CT 06608 Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, one‑hour lunch break daily; weekends possible Salary Range: $19.00–$20.00 per hour Competitive base hourly pay (discussed during interview) Automatic hourly pay increases every quarter after initial 90 days on the job; eligible for annual discretionary bonus at year‑end Excellent employee health benefits and programs offered Career advancement opportunities: Porter role is a feeder position to Maintenance Tech; possible EPA I & II sponsorship As a leading residential property owner in the nation, we are committed to crafting exceptional living experiences for our residents, fostering unmatched customer service and a safe, inviting atmosphere.
