Business AnalystThe Business Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements to support the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. This role serves as a key liaison between business partners and technology teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, translated, and traceable through design, build, testing, and release.The Business Analyst partners closely with Solution Owners, Technical Leads, Project Managers, QA, and Business Subject Matter Experts to ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned to business outcomes. This role operates independently on complex initiatives and contributes to consistent delivery execution through strong analysis, documentation, and communication practices.Commercial Technologies Software Engineering delivers technology solutions that enable operations and drive business value.
