Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer medications, including titrating critical drips, and monitor patient responses.
  
  
• 
  Start IVs and collect lab samples accurately and efficiently.
  
  
• 
  Assess patient condition continuously and respond promptly to changes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care activities thoroughly in compliance with hospital standards.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Follow infection control protocols and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license with current certification in BLS and ACLS.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year recent ICU or critical care experience; 3+ years for CPU.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated proficiency in IV starts, lab draws, and titrating critical drips.
  
  
• 
  Experience working in travel nursing environments preferred.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays with minimal RTO.
  
  
• 
  Must meet travel compliance requirements, including valid drivers license.
