Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion - Oncology

Associate Director leading regulatory strategy for oncology advertising and promotion initiatives across cross-functional teams. Manages operations, budget oversight, and departmental initiatives with responsibility for day-to-day activities in the absence of the Director.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional therapeutic teams and multidivisional strategic initiatives with minimal direction
• Maintain productivity metrics and project business needs for operations and staffing
• Manage departmental budget, identify expenditures, and communicate financial requirements to Finance
• Identify process and policy improvements, develop recommendations, and implement strategic initiatives
• Oversee day-to-day operations in Director's absence and mentor staff with performance accountability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science discipline (biology, chemistry, pharmacy, immunology, or related field); Master's, Ph.D., or Pharm.D. preferred
• 8+ years pharmaceutical experience with Bachelor's, or 5+ years with Pharm.D. and advertising/promotion experience
• Direct responsibility for regulatory advertising and promotion compliance and regulations
• Experience in complex, matrix organizational environments
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Management experience preferred; oncology background preferred
