Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, classroom aide, or in a similar educational support role
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with students of diverse ages and abilities in K-12 settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing classroom needs and activities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in both individual and group settings, fostering an inclusive and productive classroom atmosphere
• Assist teachers with lesson implementation, classroom management, and adapting materials for various learning styles
• Help students with daily tasks, organization, and social interaction to promote both academic and personal growth
• Support students with special needs as directed and participate in the planning of their educational activities
