Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children participating in Early Intervention programs.

• Actively engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that cater to each child's unique needs.

• Monitor and assess progress, ensuring therapeutic goals are met and adjustments are made as necessary.

• Provide vital support and resources to families, helping them understand and promote their child's development.

• Build rapport with children, families, and fellow team members to create a positive and effective learning environment.

• Adapt treatment approaches based on the preferred learning styles of the child and family, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement educational strategies and interventions in natural settings, focusing on the child's everyday interactions.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest methodologies in Early Intervention.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, prioritizing the health and safety of all staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary clientele consists of infants, toddlers, and their families who are navigating developmental delays and disabilities. You will work closely with children in their formative years, addressing a range of challenges related to physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication abilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• A valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a position working with children in early intervention settings is preferred.
