Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, using evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized integrated care plans that address each client’s unique needs and link them to necessary support services.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a focus on clients’ presenting issues and encouraging active participation in their treatment journey.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including medical staff, counselors, and external community resources, to achieve shared goals for client care.

• Monitor client progress, adherence to treatment plans, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

• Participate actively in crisis interventions when required, while maintaining a calm and supportive environment for clients.

You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily comprising individuals navigating recovery from substance use disorders and those dealing with severe emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
