Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for clients undergoing individual, couples, family, and group therapy based on specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring ongoing assessment and timely referrals to appropriate community resources.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, maintaining a calm and supportive environment to help clients navigate immediate challenges.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients' families and collaborate with community service providers to create a network of support.
\n
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in quality assurance activities, participate in clinical meetings, and contribute to in-service training to refine skills and approaches.

• Serve as a consultant to other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and collaborating to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
