As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will operate independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to student care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ mental health needs, abilities, and environmental factors that may impact their well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to facilitate improved functioning and symptom resolution.

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions, tailoring approaches based on the specific psychological needs of students and their families.

• Collaborate with the psychiatry team and other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment planning and service delivery.

• Evaluate students regularly to assess ongoing biopsychosocial needs, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Document progress and treatment in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with documentation guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications\n
