As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:

• Lead the establishment and execution of governance structures, operating procedures, and internal controls to ensure accessibility requirements are consistently applied across the enterprise. This includes creating approaches for evaluating compliance, identifying risks, and prioritizing remediation efforts.
• Conduct or direct compliance reviews, audits, and assessments of ICT systems and programs and have authority to recommend remediation actions, suspension, or escalation of non-compliant systems.
• Ensure adherence to federal mandates, including OMB guidance, and integrate accessibility requirements into system development life cycles, Agile delivery processes, and acquisition activities.
• Develop and deliver agency-wide training and outreach to increase awareness of accessibility requirements and promote consistent application of best practices.
• Oversee preparation of required assessments and reports, including annual Section 508 submissions, and establish processes to track compliance metrics, identify trends, and monitor remediation progress; keep leadership informed of program status, risks, and outcomes, and recommend improvements to strengthen accessibility performance.
• Review solicitations, contracts, and procurement packages to confirm inclusion of accessibility requirements and validate Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs/VPATs) for accuracy and completeness.
