Position Title: MARKETING COORDINATOR - OXFORD, OH  

Salary:  23.00 - 25.00 / hr

About the Role
Ready to bring creativity and campus energy to the dining table? Bon Appétit is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Oxford  campus dining team — someone who knows that great food deserves great storytelling. You'll be the creative force behind marketing promotions, merchandising, social media, and student engagement programs that keep our dining community excited, engaged, and coming back for more.

What You'll Do

• Drive all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities across the dining operation
• Support sales growth through voluntary meal plans, retail, and catering promotions
• Plan, organize, and host events and promotions — including national brand and vendor partnerships
• Serve as a brand ambassador, connecting guests with our products and services
• Gather guest feedback and support market research initiatives
• Own our digital presence: manage web content and social media strategy to grow followers and engagement
• Create client-facing and external communications, including reports, presentations, and news content
• Jump in wherever needed — including occasional evening or weekend shifts to support the business

What We're Looking For

• Associate's degree in marketing, communications, or business — or two years of equivalent hands-on experience
• A hospitality mentality: you're obsessed with creating marketing moments that engage and delight
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable presenting and partnering with large groups; you easily engage and connect with the on site operations team to ensure marketing plans and content is effectively communicated and implemented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Social media savvy — you know how to build brand awareness that resonates
• F&B or hospitality marketing experience is a plus, but not required — what matters most is that you understand the power of storytelling and the connections food creates
• Bonus points for graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite
