You will coach Team Members and Shift Leaders on operational imperatives and build systems to elevate customer experience. Operations & Execution might look like: Speed & Accuracy: Manage speed-of-service to maintain drive-thru times while maximizing transactions per hour. Master Core Execution: Ensure all Team Members consistently execute our "Winning Hearts Everyday" Strategy Deliver 2nd Mile Service: Train and hold Team Members accountable to creating a Welcoming Environment that follow Operational Requirements. Eliminate Bottlenecks: Facilitate proactive problem-solving to resolve Front of House or Back of House bottlenecks and execute a quarterly 60-Day Plan. *Specifics will vary based on if this role is Front of House or Back of House focused. #J-18808-Ljbffr
