Business Insights Analyst

Working remotely, the full-time Business Insights Analyst will partner with leaders across various functions to produce insights from data, utilizing AI to enhance the understanding of business performance and streamline decision-making processes. Key responsibilities Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand their decision-making needs Analyze data from commercial, finance, and operational systems to generate insights that connect different business perspectives Utilize AI to expedite data synthesis and maintain consistency in key metrics across functions Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in an analyst, insights, strategy, or consulting role with cross-functional exposure Fluency in at least two areas: commercial, financial, or operational metrics Experience using AI tools and methodologies in analytical workflows Strong storytelling abilities to communicate insights to diverse audiences Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools; familiarity with SQL is a plus
