This role is critical to driving customer satisfaction, retention, and district growth through strong leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Route Sales Representatives and Route Managers Manage and grow a district through strong customer relationships and account retention Conduct customer audits, identify opportunities, and resolve service issues Train and onboard new Route Drivers/Customer Sales Representatives Drive performance through goal setting, accountability, and continuous improvement Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all customer accounts What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in customer service 2+ years of leadership experience (training, coaching, employee relations) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results Growth-oriented mindset with strong career ambition Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Military experience is highly valued Why Work at Prudential Overall Supply?
