You'll act like an internal consultant, working with business leaders to understand complex problems, break them into manageable pieces, and rapidly prototype solutions using the latest AI technologies.Success in this role isn't defined by years of experience. A business, consulting, or program management background — with demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into clear frameworks and simplified processes — is strongly preferred. A builder’s mindset and a strong desire to make things work better, with demonstrated personal or professional experimentation with AI and automation tools. You are AI native and AI curious. Ability to take an ambiguous problem, determine what information is needed, and create a practical solution. Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data; experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, product analytics tools such as Pendo. Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms, and experience creating prompts, workflows, custom assistants, or AI-enabled solutions. Comfort with spreadsheets and data visualization tools; experience with SQL, Python, APIs, workflow automation, or low-code tools is preferred. Ability to communicate findings clearly to business partners who may not have a technical background, and sound judgment when working with sensitive company, customer, or employee information.
