Account Manager

As the Account Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targeted goals across local and regional markets! You will be primarily tasked with establishing strong relationships, generating new business development, and achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals through data-driven performance management. You will serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners, resolving customer needs and defining territory sales plans to find new opportunities in emerging markets. What You Will Do: Develop and execute territory sales plans, overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns Direct daily sales activities, monitor team performance, and set sales quotas while preparing budgets, projections, and approving expenditures Track and analyze key quantitative sales statistics to make data-informed decisions that drive performance and resource allocation Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Set discount rates and determine price schedules to maximize profitability and identify new business opportunities Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding products or services promptly and professionally Serve as the primary face of the organization to both internal cross-functional teams and external partners Perform other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For: 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Direct experience managing buyer and vendor manager relationships Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically advanced Excel), G-Suite, and common CRM software (such as Gainsight or Salesforce) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver strong presentations and influence decision-makers Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with diverse individuals at all organizational levels Nice To Have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or an industry-relevant field is a plus Experience in the consumer goods industry or the toy, baby, costume, and pet industries This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee, but provide the primary duties and responsibilities of the role. What We Offer The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply.
