Production Assistant (PA)Firework is seeking an entry level part-time Production Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team at our Hollywood Studio, supporting digital showroom and livestream productions. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who wants to gain professional production experience working with world-class brands and has a passion for tech, creative content, and live production. This is a temporary role that may extend to ongoing.What you'll be doingSupport the execution of digital showroom livestreams and video productionsAssist with studio setups including lighting, camera, and audio equipmentOperate OBS or similar livestream software under directionFollow detailed run-of-show documents and provide live production supportHelp coordinate talent prep, client needs, and on-site rehearsalsTroubleshoot basic AV and livestreaming tech issuesManage gear setup, breakdown, load-ins, and load-outsRearrange set pieces and maintain a safe, clean production environmentWork closely with production and creative teams to ensure flawless executionWe'll be excited if you haveExperience with OBS or similar livestreaming platforms nice to have but not requiredBasic understanding of studio production workflows and equipmentA creative mindset with an eye for live content aestheticsStrong communication and proactive problem-solving skillsPhysical capability to move gear and assist with studio stagingA valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicleAvailability for early call times, evenings, and weekends (this is not the norm but can sometimes happen)Ability to stay organized, follow directions, and work independentlySelf-motivated team player who is eager to learnLocation and PayThe role is on-site based in our Hollywood studio.
