About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, compassionate Team Lead for our Member Support Team to support the employers, employees, and families who use RxSaveCard every day. This position is ideal for someone who loves helping people, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in clear communication and organization.

As the Team Lead, you will be the role model who sets the standard for the entire team, helping everyone ensure we provide great service to the members we serve.

As part of a small, mission-driven team, you'll be the friendly voice (and face) of RxSaveCard — ensuring every member has a smooth, supportive experience. You'll also collaborate with our client success, marketing, and product teams to improve our processes and member experience.

What You'll Do

• Support members via email, chat, and phone to resolve questions and help them understand their RxSaveCard benefits, plus occasionally support via video.
  
• Guide members through account setup, pharmacy savings, and payment card use
  
• Document interactions and insights in our CRM (we use Zoho) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  
• Assist with coordination and reporting across teams — operations, product, and client success.
  
• Help identify trends and opportunities to improve member experience.
  
• Represent RxSaveCard with empathy, professionalism, and positivity.

What We're Looking For

• Prior customer-facing work experience (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing and personable — you enjoy connecting with people.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using spreadsheets, documents, and CRMs
• Organized and detail-oriented , with project coordination or reporting experience
• Passionate about helping others and improving access to affordable care
• Promotion potential to take on increasing levels of responsibility
• Flexible schedule to ensure occasional requests outside traditional business hours (our busiest times at the 1st of each month)
• Bachelor's degree preferred , but we value equivalent experience.
• Chicago-based or able to work from our Chicago location part of the week

Team Leadership

• 3+ years in a customer/member support role similar to that at RxSaveCard
• Clear ability to lead others as a role model, coach, and advocate
• Highly organized with the ability to be metrics-driven, focused on operational efficiency, and member-focused satisfaction
• Technical and Organizational skills to design and maintain efficient processes and systems (CRM, case trackers, spreadsheets, etc)
