About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to serve as a senior growth leader, with a primary focus on developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance the company's presence and performance in the post-acute care market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth across various service lines, including home health, hospice, and skilled nursing, and must have a proven track record in this area. Key responsibilities for the role include supporting the Senior Vice President in the development of enterprise growth strategies, driving measurable improvements in admissions, census, and revenue, and building and maintaining executive-level relationships to strengthen the company's market position. The role also involves leading cross-functional initiatives, utilizing CRM systems and market analytics, and developing and coaching regional sales teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 12 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or growth leadership.
