The role also involves leading cross-functional initiatives, utilizing CRM systems and market analytics, and developing and coaching regional sales teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 12 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or growth leadership.
