Summary
Courtyard Coconut Grove is seeking a friendly and service-driven Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and creating memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Do- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs
- Answer calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Process reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records and cash handling procedures
- Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
