Corporate Recruiter (Contract)

A growing organization is seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter to support hiring across a variety of corporate and business functions. This is a highly visible opportunity with potential for extension, offering a flexible hybrid schedule in the Chicagoland area.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys owning the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering closely with business leaders, and making an immediate impact. The team is looking for someone who can step in, drive searches independently, and help strengthen internal recruiting efforts during a busy period of growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate and business functions

• Leading searches from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer management

• Building talent pipelines through proactive sourcing efforts and direct outreach

• Partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to understand business needs and deliver top talent

• Managing candidate communications and recruiting workflows in a hands-on environment

• Providing regular updates to stakeholders while helping improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience with strong full-cycle recruiting capabilities

• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Strong sourcing skills and comfort leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools

• Ability to operate independently with limited direction and thrive in ambiguous environments

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels

• Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to recruiting
