Strategic HR Operations Lead: Payroll, Compliance & Systems

HireIO, Inc. is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to manage internal HR processes, payroll, compliance, and immigration at our Bay Area HQ. The successful candidate will oversee onboarding and offboarding, maintain HR records, coordinate payroll, and ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in HR, a strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, and project management skills.
