Accounting & Reporting Consulting Our Accounting & Reporting Consulting (ARC) practice is designed to partner with the finance function as an extension of your team. Our global talent pool has deep functional and technology expertise for the finance function. We provide the technical know-how, skills, technology, and bandwidth that allow you to maneuver the challenges in real-time without adding additional manpower costs within the organization. We bring in a rich understanding of multi-geographical accounting frameworks such as U.S. GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS and other country-specific regulations.

Sustainability & Climate Consulting Our SSC practice is built on the rich practical experience of Sustain Plus that rolled- up into Uniqus as a part of our formation. Requirements

We're seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Manager to join our fast-growing advisory team. This role is ideal for professionals who bring deep expertise in US GAAP technical accounting, global delivery operations, and strategic client advisory. You'll lead high-impact client engagements, guide global teams, and drive innovation in service delivery — all while playing a key role in expanding client relationships and building our firm's future.

What you might expect:

• Lead Technical Accounting Engagements Deliver expert guidance on US GAAP standards (ASC 606, 842, 805, 480, 815), help clients navigate complex transactions, and support adoption of new standards.
• Oversee Global Delivery Operations Optimize collaboration with offshore teams, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment through strong SLAs and performance metrics.
• Drive Business Development Identify new client opportunities, craft winning proposals, and serve as a trusted advisor to expand and strengthen relationships.
• Advise on Financial Reporting & Transactions Oversee US GAAP and SEC-compliant financial statements, support M&A and restructuring efforts, and prepare clients for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Strengthen Internal Controls & Risk Management Design and evaluate ICFR frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and recommend improvements to enhance compliance.
• Lead & Grow Global Teams Mentor cross-functional teams, champion knowledge sharing, and cultivate a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Who you are:

• Experienced Expert: You bring 10+ years in public accounting with strong specialization in US GAAP advisory. At least 5 of those years have been spent in a senior management role.
• Certified Professional: CPA is mandatory. Additional certifications like CFA, CIA, or CISA are a plus.
• Global Mindset: You're well-versed in managing global teams and understand the dynamics of cross-border collaboration.
• Business Builder: You have a proven record of identifying growth opportunities and delivering value to clients.
• Strong Communicator: You possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, and you're passionate about building relationships — internally and externally.
• Change Driver: You thrive in evolving environments and have the vision to improve processes and the discipline to execute them.

Benefits Uniqus is dedicated to offering our employees strong and inclusive total compensation packages. Offer packages are based on several factors, such as the specific role and level being hired for, location, as well as the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications. The good-faith estimated base salary range for this position is: $140k - $200k. In addition to the base compensation, Uniqus offers a competitive benefits package and various bonus programs and incentives, based upon an individual's level and overall work performance.
