Remote Workforce Software Configuration Consultant

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Workforce Software Configuration Consultant who will support organizations in optimizing workforce operations through HR transformation, workforce management, and technology solutions. They will partner with stakeholders to assess processes, improve service delivery, and implement solutions that align HR strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze workforce and HR operational challenges and recommend effective solutions
- Support HR transformation and technology implementation initiatives
- Improve workforce processes, payroll operations, and service delivery models
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and project teams
- Interpret data to develop insights and recommendations
- Apply critical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Mentor and support team members while maintaining high-quality deliverables
- Understand organizational goals and align solutions to broader business strategies
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified in Workforce Software configuration
- 3 years of experience
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (SHRM - Certified Professional) certifications preferred
- Leveraging broad workforce management knowledge
- Advising clients on leading practices and strategy
