OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our dynamic team in Nashville, TN, 37218. In this role, you will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components while ensuring safety and efficiency. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for technology, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate laser cutting machines according to specifications and production schedules.Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.Maintain accurate records of production output and machine maintenance.Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.QualificationsTube laser experience required.Proven experience as a laser operator or in a similar role.Strong understanding of laser cutting technology and equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.You should be proficient in:Tube Laser Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
