Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual initial assessments, gathering in-depth information to develop personalized treatment plans addressing each client's unique mental health needs.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches tailored to clients' situations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate client care and ensure comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and other essential client information while adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population encompassing individuals, couples, and families, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. This could include issues such as relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, grief and loss, and mental health disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
