Project Coordination

• Prepare presentations and reports on the status of Workplace Training programs, initiatives, and operational activities, including timelines, milestones, and key performance metrics.
• Coordinate program-related activities and processes associated with business initiatives to help ensure objectives are achieved within established timelines.
• Coordinate delivery of onsite and virtual training materials and resources for instructors, customers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate registration and logistical support for virtual trainings, meetings, events, and other program activities.
• Assist with part-time instructor payroll administration and related documentation.
• Manage and maintain the monthly virtual instructor-led open enrollment training schedule.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Workplace Training team.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and manage routine correspondence.
• Maintain program databases, records, files, and training-related documentation.
• Assist with required program, operational, and compliance reporting activities.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries received through shared email mailboxes.
• Provide timely support to instructors, customers, chapters, and other stakeholders regarding training programs, registrations, materials, and related processes.
• Generate recurring reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Maintain Workplace Training resource libraries and shared repositories.

• Requires a college degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience with safety promotion, community education, or training.
• Experience supporting training programs, operational processes, and customer service activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
• Knowledge of virtual training administration and logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize schedules, meetings, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project coordination and reporting tools preferred.
• This is a remote position.
• Hourly rate is: $28.84.
