- Own and grow a portfolio of 5-10 strategic CPG accounts
- Develop executive-level relationships with brand stakeholders
- Drive advertising revenue through consultative solution selling
- Prospect through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and social selling
- Lead annual business planning and quarterly growth reviews
- Build compelling, data-driven sales presentations and business cases
- Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Forecast revenue pipeline and accurately manage sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Insights teams
- Consistently exceed quota while managing a healthy sales pipeline
- Travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience
- 2+ years selling Retail Media, Digital Advertising, AdTech, MarTech, eCommerce, or CPG solutions
- Proven history exceeding quota
- Experience managing executive-level customer relationships
- Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
- Experience forecasting revenue and managing pipeline
- Advanced Excel and business analytics skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
