¿Quién serás en este rol?

• Serás la mente maestra detrás de la estrategia de social media para una marca líder a nivel mundial. ¡Así de grande es el reto!
• Guiarás a un equipo súper talentoso para crear contenido que no solo genere likes, sino que construya comunidad y conecte de verdad con la gente.
• Trabajarás mano a mano con los equipos de Cuentas, Creativo y Planning para que las ideas más locas se conviertan en campañas épicas y efectivas.
• Serás el gurú de las métricas, analizando el performance para optimizar y asegurar que siempre estemos un paso adelante.
• Estarás siempre a la caza de las últimas tendencias, plataformas y formatos para que nuestra marca no solo participe, ¡sino que domine la conversación digital!

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Una sólida experiencia como Social Director o en un rol de liderazgo similar, idealmente en agencia.
• Experiencia comprobada manejando estrategias para marcas grandes y globales, ¡si son del sector de consumo masivo (CPG), sumas puntos extra!
• Conoces todas las plataformas sociales como la palma de tu mano (y seguro ya estás pensando en la siguiente).
• Eres un/a líder nat@: inspiras, motivas y sabes cómo sacar lo mejor de tu equipo.
• Inglés avanzado es indispensable. Te comunicarás de forma fluida con equipos y clientes internacionales para presentar estrategias y resultados.
• Tienes una habilidad increíble para contar historias con datos y defender tus ideas con pasión.
