COMMERCIAL PRODUCER | Top National Broker
Seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Commercial Producer to join one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerages in the country. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a book of commercial business (middle-market focus, $50K+ premiums)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct needs assessments and risk analysis
- Present comprehensive insurance solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (risk management, claims, operations)
- Cross-sell across P&C, Benefits, and Personal Lines platforms
- Leverage proprietary AI tools to enhance presentations and close rates
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active P&C license
- Middle-market account experience
- Proven new business development track record
- Entrepreneurial mindset with growth ambition
COMPENSATION
