If you enjoy hands-on work, solving mechanical challenges, and contributing to the production of high-quality products, we'd like to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesBraze copper and metal assemblies using torches and related equipment while maintaining quality and production standards.Prepare, fit, align, and assemble components according to engineering drawings and specifications.Perform pressure testing, evacuations, and leak detection to verify product integrity.Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.Inspect finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance requirements.Identify and resolve issues related to brazing, assembly, and production processes.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet customer and manufacturing goals.Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.Required QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of hands-on copper brazing experience.Proven ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality brazed joints.Experience performing pressure testing and leak detection.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical production work as needed.Preferred QualificationsExperience with welding, soldering, or metal fabrication.HVAC, refrigeration, heat exchanger, or mechanical assembly experience.Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, torches, furnaces, and related production tools.Experience working in a quality-driven production environment.Why Join Us?Competitive pay ranging from $25-$32 per hour based on experience.Four-day workweek with a three-day weekend every week.Day-one benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Paid training and professional development opportunities.Clear paths for career growth and advancement.Company-provided uniforms.Stable work with a respected manufacturing organization.Safety-focused, team-oriented culture that values employee contributions.This is a Permanent position based out of Tolleson, AZ.The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
