What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care for critically ill infants in a high-acuity Level III/IV NICU
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Respond effectively to acute clinical situations in a fast-paced environment
• Support and educate families about neonatal health and care procedures
• Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

• Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP-C)
• Florida State licensure or eligibility
• At least 2 years of Neonatal NP experience
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to rotate across multiple hospital sites within the system
